Now you've done it--I won't be content till I find out the name of the brush decoration on the helmet. Reckon what it was for if it wasn't decorative? So the Romans could spot their own soldiers in battle or something? [OHMY][OHMY]

[THUMBUP] You are so funny, wummun! I thought about googling that thingy, but was too tired and hence lazzzzy! I'll be interested in finding out what you discover, and yah, I'd imagine it would serve some sort of signal/i.d. function. Those jaw plates, now those would cover even MY humongous masticators! [LOL][LOL]
