    It's true, the normal lifespan of a Mini-Rex is 5-7 years, but Wubbit had this "Ganny" who'd spoil him rotten every time he visited...[LOL]

    Thank you Laurie, and yes, the first 2.5 days, I was howling and bawling a lot. Then, it started subsiding more and more. 8 days later, I went and bought another one, also a Mini-Rex, but he's only 9 weeks old, so a bit younger than Wubbit was when I first bought him. This little guy's a real rapscallion, making me laugh so much, and right away, after the first 20 minutes of my holding him, he gave me a ton of teensy kisses (itty-bitty little tongue: he's only the size of my 2 fists end-2-end). He's going to be even more of a handful than his "uncka" was.[LOL]
