More Bizarre Every Minute

November 19, 2007 / by soultrawler

Now, it's true that modern poesy sports plenty of "emptiness," but "100,000 stores"...?  "Deals":  I picture something like Salesman X trying to pawn off a few verses of hot air on Victim Y.   Victim:  "But where's the poem?  I don't see it!"  Salesman:  "Ah, but that's the charm of this poem:  it's visible only to the mind's eye; written in special invisible ink.  Huge collector's value!"  And DO tell how you review emptiness?

As for "self-publishing poems," is that a variation of spontaneous generation, or a verbal bout of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice"?  Logorrhea...  And sure they'd be copyright-free, since there'd be no author, for cryin' out loud!
